🎄 How Light Became a Place I Meet My Mom

There are moments during my red light sessions when the room goes quiet and I swear I can feel my mom with me. Not in a dramatic, movie-scene way — but in the subtle, familiar way she always showed up in my life. A presence. A warmth. A knowing.

Sometimes it's like she’s sitting right beside me, legs crossed, giving me that classic “I’m not saying anything but I’m totally saying everything with my eyebrows” look. Sometimes I hear her voice in my head — the encouragement, the teasing, the little reminders only a mom can get away with:
“Drink some water.”“Slow down.”“Eat something real, not just coffee.”“Take care of yourself. You’re doing too much.”
She didn’t understand red light therapy at first. Honestly? She gave me the look — the raised eyebrow that said,“Okayyy Adonica… what are we doing now?”
But once she saw the changes — the energy, the healing, the glow — she became one of its biggest believers. She loved seeing me passionate about something that genuinely helped people. And knowing that she supported this journey makes my work feel even more meaningful.
So now, every time I turn the system on, it’s not just light filling the room — it’s memory. It's love. It's connection.
It feels like she’s walking with me through this season, guiding me in her own invisible way.
Love and miss you Mom
