There was a time when confidence, to me, meant proving something.
Pushing harder.
Doing more.
Showing I could handle everything.
And honestly?
For a long time, that version of confidence worked.
Until life changed.
Because somewhere between stress, exhaustion, grief, aging, recovery, and learning how much the body quietly carries…
I realized something important:
👉 Real confidence isn’t built by constantly pushing past yourself.
It’s built by learning how to support yourself.
